Your Opportunity
Herrera seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Seattle.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Producing well-organized and compelling responses for requests for qualifications and proposals
- Writing and editing content tailored to target markets and clients
- Supporting and collaborating on social media content and strategy
- Proactively maintaining and updating the company website
- Coordinating logistics for corporate conference attendance, events, and sponsorships
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Collaborating with internal team members and external teaming partners across various locations
- Leading the creation of quarterly newsletters and award submissions
- Maintaining marketing systems and tools, including Deltek CRM, resumes, and photo library
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Previous experience with AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) proposals
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Collaborative mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- This position is salaried and exempt from overtime; the annual salary range is $75,000 - $95,000
- Level is determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to years of experience, type/relevance of experience, skillset, and fit for the role
